About Us

Pannesma Company Ltd., a subsidiary of Atheeb Group, was established in 1981 as a joint venture between Nesma and Pan Am World Services to meet the growing needs of the Saudi Arabian market for Technical, Management and Operation & Maintenance (O&M) services.

A well-established award-winning Saudi company with 40+ years of experience working as a trusted local partner for some of the world’s most impressive Defense Contractors.

Pannesma has established productive and long lasting business relationships with several of the world’s leading defense contractors including Lockheed Martin, Raytheon and Airbus Helicopters.

Pannesma is ready to Support GAMI according to the clearly stated goals and objectives for Vision 2030.

Successfully completed complex projects worth over SR 5 billion in the past.

Headquartered in Riyadh, Pannesma has support offices in Dhahran, Tabuk, Taif and Khamis Mushait.

Pannesma currently employs over 200 professional and skilled personnel in technical and O&M fields.

Pannesma has won the Prince Naif Bin Abdulaziz Award for achieving the highest rate of Saudization in the year 1426/1427H. Currently, Pannesma maintains a Saudization rate of 68%.

Pannesma is ISO 9001:2015 certified.
